Why OpSemble exists

Small businesses run on too many systems. A CRM here, a project tool there, HR in a spreadsheet, safety records in a filing cabinet, training certificates in a drawer — and the owner re-typing data between them at 9pm. The software industry's answer has been either enterprise suites priced for corporations, or a dozen point tools that don't talk to each other.

OpSemble is the third answer: one platform where the modules genuinely share data — a won deal becomes a project, tracked hours feed payroll, a new hire's induction training assigns itself — and where you only pay for the modules you switch on. A flat £29/month platform fee, then per-user module pricing from £6. No "contact sales", no annual lock-in surprise. The whole price list is public.

Who's behind it

OpSemble is built and operated by Opsemble Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17387116), based in Thorne, Doncaster. We're a small team building for businesses like the ones around us — contractors, manufacturers, recruiters and service firms across the UK — rather than for enterprise procurement departments.

Being small is part of the product. Every customer gets hands-on onboarding from the people who build the software, feature requests land with the developers directly, and the comparisons we publish are fact-checked against competitors' real pricing — including where a competitor is the better choice.

How it's built

The platform runs on Microsoft Azure with the database in the UK South region, tenant isolation with fail-closed access controls, role-based permissions, optional enforced two-factor authentication, and a tamper-evident audit log of every sign-in and data change. AI features are powered by Anthropic. The detail lives on our security page and in the Data Processing Agreement we sign with every customer.
