Is SafetyCulture the wrong tool, or just the wrong shape?

If what you need is inspections on a phone, Mitti is hard to beat: the template library is enormous, the offline app is polished, and the free tier is genuinely useful for a very small team. Nothing here will change that. The case for OpSemble starts when the inspection results need to go somewhere: into an incident, a corrective action, a contractor’s file, or a clause of ISO 45001.

SafetyCulture grew from a checklist app, and it shows in the best possible way: the inspection experience is superb. It also shows in the gaps. Does OpSemble work offline?
